Delivery Charges
Standard delivery - please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your order. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery
All subject to orders being placed on a weekday before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped out the next working day (also excludes Saturday delivery). All deliveries are subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery, providing shoes are returned in their original condition with no marks or blemishes, in their original packaging (which should also be in pristine condition). Please note shoes have a beautifully soft leather sole, which marks easily. Only try them on in a soft carpeted area, as even wooden floors can cause damage and we are only able to exchange or refund goods in their original, perfect condition.
Your shoes may have a protective film on the soles- please note once this is removed your shoes are non-returnable. However we do advise that you remove the film just before wear on your special day.
If you wish to exchange your shoes for another pair, please detail on the returns form provided. Once your return has been received and processed, we will be in touch to let you know when you can expect your exchange to be shipped out to you.
For all returns please email usa@charlottemills.com with your order number and reason for return. A member of our team will be in touch with details of our US returns address and further instructions - please allow 24 hours for a reply as our team is based in the UK. Please note, the cost of your return to our US returns address is your responsibility.
