Carpark Details

There are pay and display car parking spaces very close to the studio, however if you'd prefer to park in a carpark the closest one is Tariff Street. You'll find all the information on the Tariff Street carpark here.

FAQ's:

Can I bring more than 2 guests?

We strongly advise, our bride brings no more than two people along to her appointment, as our Manchester Studio is limited on space. However we are able to accommodate more if given advance notice.

Will I be refunded the £15 appointment fee?

If you find your shoes on the day, the £15 is deducted from the sale, if you don't find your shoes with us we'll refund the deposit within 7 working days. The deposit isn't refunded if you fail to show up, or cancel within 24 hours.

Do you have a lift?

Yes! Our showroom is accessible by lift

Do we have to book an appointment?

Yes, we strongly recommend booking an appointment, especially over the weekend. We are unable to accommodate walk in's if we have a bride in an appointment, as our studio is often just managed by one member of staff. 

Can I take my shoes away with me?

In most occasions yes, if you find your shoes with us you will most likely take them away with you on the day! However if the particular style and size is out of stock or on pre order, we can order your shoes to be delivered to your home, when they are in stock.

I've seen a pair of shoes that are on sale on the website? Do you have these in store?

Generally once a style has been discontinued and put on sale, we will no longer have these in store to try on. They will only be available to purchase on the website.
