Delivery Charges

Orders will be shipped from our Pennsylvania Warehouse.
Standard delivery - UPS 2-3 working days, you will find your estimated delivery date when you place your order.

All subject to orders placed on a weekday before 12pm, orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day, also excludes Saturday delivery. All deliveries are subject too delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to offer a full refund within 28 days of delivery, providing shoes are returned in their original condition with no marks or blemishes, in their original packaging (which should also be in pristine condition). Please note shoes have a beautifully soft leather sole, which marks easily. Only try them on in a soft carpeted area, as even wooden floors can cause damage & we
are only able to exchange or refund goods in their original, perfect condition.

Your shoes may have a protective film on the soles- please note once this is removed shoes are non-returnable. However we advise you do remove the film just before you wear them on your special day.

For all returns please email usa@charlottemills.com with your order number and reason for return. A member of our team will send you your free returns label, please allow 24 hours to receive your label. At this time we’re unable to facilitate exchanges. Please note emails are not monitored over the weekend

Why not personalise your CM shoes with our selection of beautiful trim options?

Add your own special touch to a whole host of our styles with a sumptuous satin bow or a fun, fluffy pom pom. We also now offer organza straps in addition to those included in your shoes - so you can switch up your shoes on the big day and beyond!

How does it work?

  1. Select your size and trim option from the menu on the product page
  2. Add to cart and complete your purchase
  3. Allow an extra 2 working days on top of our regular shipping time to allow us to attach the trims to your shoes (not necessary with our organza straps - these will come packaged up in your shoe box).

All trims are attached in-house at CMHQ by a fully trained member of our team. Changed your mind? No problem - our 28 days return policy still applies to shoes that have been personalised.

Each box has an envelope. This is 'something borrowed'. Return this after your big day with a picture of your shoes.

Our insock logo and boxes are your 'something blue'.
